Hi, I'm Elise Cobain.
I create audience-first, artist-friendly content, partnerships and experiences that connect artists, fans and culture.

Over the past 18 years, I've worked across Amazon Music, the BBC and Sony Music, developing content strategies, artist programmes and audience engagement initiatives for some of the world's most recognised music and entertainment brands. My experience spans original content, editorial programming, artist development, partnerships and cultural marketing across streaming, broadcast and live environments.

My career has focused on a simple challenge: how do platforms and brands create meaningful connections between artists and audiences while remaining culturally relevant and commercially effective?  Whether leading artist programmes, developing original content, building strategic partnerships or creating live experiences, I bring together audience insight, creative thinking and cross-functional collaboration to deliver work that resonates with fans and stakeholders alike.

I've led projects across the UK, Europe and global markets, working closely with artists, labels, management teams, promoters, festivals and internal content, marketing and commercial teams. This has included developing artist-led content initiatives, audience growth programmes and cultural partnerships that strengthen engagement and support artist discovery.

Alongside my work at Amazon Music, I serve as Head of Brand & Audience Development for Forever Loud and lecture in Music Business and Digital Strategy. I am a Voting Member of the GRAMMY Awards and BRIT Awards and have contributed to industry panels including the MOBO Awards and Heavy Music Awards.
